昔、仕事で特許調査してて一番感心したちうか印象的だった特許はマクロビジョン社の「映像のコピーガードを行う装置」と「そのコピーガードを突破するための装置」だったなあ。つまり後者と同じ手法でコピーガード突破装置を勝手に製造、販売すると特許権侵害でもってアウトにできる罠ｗｗ。
